Please note that we are unable to resend orders in cases such as unknown addresses or prolonged absence.

We also do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the region; however, orders are generally shipped within one business day after the order is confirmed.

Weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays are non-business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to the following circumstances. Thank you for your understanding:

  • Certain regions, including Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands


Long-term Absence & Refused Deliveries

Please make sure to receive your package within seven days from the first attempted delivery date.

We do not accept return requests caused by:

  • Long-term absence

  • Refusal to receive the package

We also cannot resend orders that were undeliverable due to unknown addresses or prolonged absence.
