Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if the item you receive is defective or differs from your order, we will accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide instructions regarding the return process and the return address.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, order changes, item additions, payment method changes, or order consolidation after your order has been confirmed.

Cases in Which Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

More than 15 days have passed since the item arrived

The item has been used, washed, or altered even once

The item is stained, damaged, or has absorbed odors while in your possession

The returned item is significantly different from its original condition (including the box and accessories)

The product or its packaging has been opened

The item has been exposed to perfume, tobacco, or other strong odors
Sale Items, Collaboration Items & Campaign Items
During sales or campaigns, heavy traffic may cause pages to load incorrectly. If this occurs, please try again later.
Discounted prices apply only during the sale or campaign period.
Items added to the cart before the sale begins or purchased after the sale ends are not eligible for discounts.
Once your order is confirmed (payment completed), we cannot accept cancellations, changes, item additions, payment method changes, or order consolidation.
Sale items and campaign items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We do not accept reshipments for undeliverable packages due to unknown addresses or long-term absence.
If you request an exchange for a defective item, we will accommodate your request only if stock is available. Please contact customer support first. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
If you discover a defect after receiving the product, please contact us by phone or via the inquiry form before returning the item.
If a partial cancellation occurs during a sale or campaign and your final purchase amount falls below the threshold required for special benefits, the refund amount may be adjusted. Refunds will be based on the original payment amount minus the price difference after the benefit is removed.
Refunds
If the return is due to an error on our part or the courier’s part (e.g., damaged item, wrong item shipped), we will refund the product price along with any COD fees.
For credit card payments, refunds are generally processed through your card issuer.
If you prefer a bank transfer refund, please provide your bank account information.
Refund processing will begin approximately 7 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
